Alton Towers have opened a new dark ride in Forbidden Valley for the 2012 season, the attraction provides a psychologically and physically thrilling experience, taking place in a dark, intense underground setting which is based around the back-story of the original Nemesis roller coaster. The indoor attraction contains three main areas, including a pre-ride experience, the main ride and a post-ride experience.

Ride Plans

After passing a Baggage Kiosk, riders are divided between Pre Batch Room 1 and Pre Batch Room 2, after which they enter an Entry Lift. Following this there is the Ride Chamber, which contains the main drop-ride section of the attraction, and afterwards riders enter an Exit Lift. The building itself has been themed in an industrial style as with the other rides and attractions in Forbidden Valley, including Nemesis, Ripsaw and Blade. There is also a Shop opposite the new ride.
