Christmas may be several months away however that’ll give Santa plenty of time to train his brand new little helper – a baby reindeer called Snowflake born recently at Drayton Manor Zoo in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Drayton Manor Zoo, which is home to more than 100 species of animals from around the world, has seen a baby boom in the past few months. Newborns include a gibbon and lemur, which are both being hand-reared by zookeepers after being rejected by their mothers. Other new additions to the zoo family include two African spotted owl chicks, a second baby ring tailed lemur as well as baby common marmosets and porcupine.
