Legoland Windsor is the latest UK Merlin Entertainments attraction to sign up to a major new recycling initiative set up by Coca-Cola Enterprises and Waste & Resources Action Programme (WRAP). The programme’s aim is to roll-out 80 ‘on-the-go’ recycling zones over the next three years to help educate the public about recycling. Legoland Windsor now has 35 recycling points around the 150 acre theme park. All of these special bins are clearly marked so that guests can responsibly and ethically dispose of aluminium drinks cans plus glass and plastic bottles and jars whilst on a family day out.
