New for 2012: Madagascar Live! Prepare to PartyPrepare to go wild in 2012 with DreamWorks Madagascar Live! Prepare to Party at Chessington World of Adventures. Join your favourite characters Alex, King Julien, Gloria, Mort and The Penguins as they sing and dance their way through a brand new live show.

Meet the gang in their brand new jungle surroundings, pose for photographs and master King Julien's dance moves before exploring new shop the African Trading Co. and new café the Coffee Hut. The new stage area is on the former site of the Flying Jumbos, now relocated.

 
New for 2013: Safari Experience

New for 2013: Safari Experience (Chessington) Chessington World of Adventures have applied for planning permission to create a new Safari Experience for 2013, where visitors ride in a safari trucks to explore a new reserve with flamingos, giraffes and rhinos. The 22 acre development site is located next to the Wanyama Village & Reserve, the main access would be from behind Rameses Revenge.

Monkey Kingdom

Monkey KingdomChessington World of Adventures had been given planning permission to re-theme the Monkey & Bird Garden as Monkey Kingdom in 2012, complete with new enclosures, walkthrough attractions, jungle theming, and play areas. However, at the moment this has been put on hold in favour of other projects.
