Devon’s biggest family Halloween event is back with a bang as Crealy Spook-Fest returns to Crealy Theme Park & Resort for the 2026 autumn season.
Running across selected dates (the 10th-11th, 17th-18th, and daily from the 24th to the 31st of October), the popular festival promises a packed programme of live entertainment, immersive scare attractions, and spooky family activities.
Families visiting this year can look forward to a host of highlights included in the standard admission ticket. Thrill-seekers can test their nerves in the Creaky Hotel, where spooky surprises wait around every corner, or navigate the twists and turns of the Scarecrow Scare Maze. For younger Halloween adventurers, Buddy’s Spook Maze offers a playful, not-too-spooky experience, alongside Buddy’s Trick or Treat Doors, which run hourly sessions for under tens between 10:30am and 3:30pm.
The daily entertainment schedule is brimming with stage shows and character appearances. The Arena will host the spellbinding Magic & Misfits Illusion Show at 11:30am, 1:30pm, and 3:30pm, while the Piazza Stage welcomes the Halloween Sooty Show at 11am and 3pm. Visitors can also enjoy spontaneous mischief from Tik & Tok Pop Up Entertainment, plus meet and greets with Sooty at 12:30pm and Sweep at 2:30pm on Sooty's Stage at The Pier.
No Halloween trip would be complete without a visit to the decorated Pumpkin Garden, where every child receives a free pumpkin to take home.
As the afternoon goes on, guests brave enough can experience 'Terrifying Ride Twists between' 3pm and 5pm. Highlights include Pirates' Plummet: BLINDFOLDED, challenging visitors to brave the South West's tallest ride blindfolded, and ROTOR: Extreme Hour, offering double the inversions and double the thrills. Alongside the Halloween festivities, guests have full access to over 60 regular theme park rides and attractions.
For those looking to upgrade their experience, optional extras include the Misfits & Magic VIP upgrade for prime seating at shows, and the interactive Trick or Sweet trail, featuring hotspots such as the Mad Scientist Lab, Frankie's Den, Wolfy's Den, Vampire's Lair, and Witches' Graveyard.
Online day tickets for Spook-Fest start from £20 per person, offering a saving compared to the £25 gate price. Children under 92cm enter free, and annual pass holders also enjoy free entry, though Silver pass holders are restricted to weekends.
Visitors wishing to make a holiday of it can book Spook-Fest short break packages starting from £149, with accommodation options ranging from camping and glamping to family caravans and luxury hot tub lodges.
Tickets and short breaks are available to book now on the Crealy Theme Park & Resort website.
