For the 2008 season the Chessington theme park is open on a daily basis from Saturday 15th March until Wednesday 31st December, excluding some midweek zoo-only days.
A brand new aquatic attraction is opening at Chessington at the start of the 2008 season, a Sea Life Centre with over 20 marine life displays housing species ranging from tiny shrimps and starfish to magnificent sharks and stingrays, see the 'Future' section for more details.

Chessington World Of Adventures is the UK's ultimate family theme park, with 90% of rides suitable for children under 12 years old. The park is a great family day out, with a good mix of teen, kids and adult rides including the 'Vampire', 'Tomb Blaster', 'Hocus Pocus Hall', 'Ramesis Revenge' and the legendary 'Bubbleworks'.
