Watch the UK Theme Park Awards 2020

The winners of the UK Theme Park Awards 2020 will now be announced on 20th September at 8.15pm via YouTube.

For the very first time, the British public were invited to vote for their favourite theme parks in national awards recognising the best rides and attractions, shows and events, as well as the theme parks offering the best customer service, value and accessibility.

The public votes have now been combined with those of our Expert Judges to determine the winners in each category.

The major contenders in the awards include Alton Towers and Drayton Manor in Staffordshire, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures in Surrey, LEGOLAND Windsor in Berkshire and Blackpool Pleasure Beach in Lancashire.

Other theme parks with nominations include Paultons Park in Hampshire, Lightwater Valley and Flamingo Land in Yorkshire, Oakwood Theme Park in Pembrokeshire, Fantasy Island in Lincolnshire, Dreamland Margate in Kent, Adventure Island in Essex, Pleasurewood Hills in Suffolk and many more.

We will also be acknowledging the growing community of theme park enthusiasts with two awards, Blogger of the Year and Vlogger of the Year.

Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, we have taken the decision not to proceed with the planned awards ceremony, and will instead make the results available online.
